The Plastic Shark is a Chicago based volunteer initiative and environmental news blog. Through monthly beach cleanups, our goal is to encourage and inform the public not only to clean up, but to do their part in caring for the environment by living more sustainable lives. We are working to prevent trash from ending up where it doesn’t belong in the first place.
